1. Free Site Walk
Meet our team on site or virtually. We walk the property, talk through your goals, and give you a rough estimate up front, at no cost and with no obligation.
2. Pre-Construction
Under a Pre-Construction Agreement, we coordinate design and structural engineering and manage permitting for you. Your line-by-line estimate is built from the finished plans, and the permit-ready plan is yours.
3. Construction
The full build: material ordering, trade management, invoice reconciliation, inspections, code compliance, and change orders, with weekly updates and 360° documentation.
